Outside of North Carolina
If you vote in another state, you can start with the League of Women Voters webpage Vote411.org to see the candidates on your ballot and where they stand on the issues (in the candidates’ own words).
You should also check your State or county Board of Elections website to find out how to access your sample ballot.
